I effectively predicted two years ago that google would integrate their maps with an astronomy interface.
Here is my half-baked idea fully fleshed out.

Tyler, I am having dinner with and looking at the telescopes of the former president of the SL Astronomical Society tomorrow night. I have ordered books and information on making one's own Newtonian reflector telescope. The View from the Stern may soon be magnified 400 times by my own Dobsonian mount reflector. Watch out R's, your dirty laundry, arrogance, vouchers, higher local taxes, and tricks will be harder to hide.
